The 10X HEALTH Full Blood Panel

"Everything looks normal."

The three most useless words in medicine.

A standard annual physical runs about 20 markers and hands you a PDF. The 10X Health Full Blood Panel runs 70+, then a licensed clinician walks you through the results and helps you build a plan.

What routine blood work may miss

Routine blood work wasn't built for this.

A standard annual physical orders a complete blood count, a metabolic panel, and a lipid panel. Around 20 markers. It’s built to catch acute disease, and it’s good at that. A standard panel was never built to show you what’s happening across your body before something goes wrong.

Insulin

Not on a standard metabolic panel. Glucose is, but insulin resistance can develop for years while glucose still reads normal, which means it stays invisible until blood sugar has already climbed into prediabetic range.

Apolipoprotein B (ApoB)

Not on a standard lipid panel. In a systematic review of 15 studies covering more than 590,000 people, ApoB predicted cardiovascular risk better than LDL cholesterol in 9 out of 9 direct comparisons.

LP(a)

Rarely ordered. Roughly 1 in 5 adults has an elevated level. In a study of 71 million Americans, 0.1% had ever been tested. Cardiology guidelines now recommend every adult be tested once in their lifetime.

Full Thyroid Panel

The standard order is TSH alone. The complete picture takes free T3, free T4, and antibodies.

The 10X difference

Where most blood tests stop, we start.

The major at-home testing platforms send you a PDF and a written summary, and then you’re left on your own with it. A wider panel doesn’t help much if nobody explains what any of it means.

Every 10X panel includes a scheduled one-on-one call with a licensed clinician who has read your results before you pick up the phone. You go through the findings together, and you leave with a plan.

That’s the start, not the end. Your results live in your dashboard, your clinical team stays available, and when you retest you can see exactly what moved.

  • Walk through the markers that stood out and what each one actually measures
  • See how your results relate to one another, because a single marker in isolation rarely tells the full story
  • Leave with a plan: what to focus on first, what to track, and when to retest
  • Keep going. Retest, compare, and adjust with the same clinical team.

Your results are a health assessment, not a diagnosis. Your clinician's job is to explain what they mean and help you decide what to do about them.

YOUR RESULTS

See exactly where you stand.

Normal is a low bar. Every biomarker is plotted against the range that actually matters, with a plain-English explanation of what it measures and why it is on the panel.

  • Optimal ranges for YOU, not broad lab "normals"
  • Plain-English explanation for every marker
  • Retest later to track how your numbers move

10 business days. Every marker plotted against optimal range, explained in plain English, in your dashboard.

04

Build your plan.

A licensed clinician goes through the report with you on a 1:1 call and helps you turn the results into a plan you can actually act on.

05

Retest and track

A baseline only becomes valuable when you have a second one to compare it to.

*Consult your Wellness Advisor or physician for pre-draw and fasting requirements before your appointment.

Get started

One draw. 70+ markers. And a plan.

Plenty of companies will sell you a blood test and leave you with a PDF. Knowing a marker is out of range is not the same as knowing what to do next. 10X Health is built for the part that comes after the numbers: a clinician who helps you build a plan, and a clinical team that stays with you while you work it.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Most of these come up on the clinician call anyway. Here are the ones people ask before they order.

The 10X Health Blood Test measures 70+ biomarkers across nine+ key core systems including blood cells, sugar metabolism, kidneys, liver, heart, hormones, thyroid, vitamins, and more. See the complete list here.

A routine physical typically checks a narrower set of markers on a schedule set by your insurance and general guidelines. The 10X Health Blood Test covers a broader panel in a single draw, no referral required, and includes a dedicated call with a 10X clinician to walk through what your results mean.

Most at-home panels hand you a report and stop there. The 10X Health Blood Test comes with a live conversation with a 10X clinician, and your results connect to the rest of your 10X ecosystem — your genetic testing and any prior lab work, 10X or not — so your plan is built on your full picture, not just this one draw.

Yes. Fasting is required before your draw so markers like glucose and lipids reflect an accurate baseline. Full prep instructions are provided after you order.

Your draw happens at a partner lab or 10X Health Clinic — choose whichever location is most convenient. Most draws take about 15 minutes, start to finish.

Results are typically available within 10 business days of your draw, and they're delivered straight to your 10X dashboard.

Your 10X provider walks through your results with you, section by section, and helps you understand what they mean in the context of your genetics, prior labs, and health goals. It's a conversation, not a lecture — bring your questions!

No. The 10X Health Blood Test is a measurement panel, not a diagnosis. Your clinician reviews your results with you and will point you toward a licensed physician for anything that needs medical evaluation.

Your results live in your private 10X Health patient portal alongside any other 10X Health testing or prior lab work you choose to add, and your 10X provider can view that full history to inform your care.
